We went to Summer's wedding this weekend. I made her cake for her as a wedding gift. The wedding was beautiful! Summer was gorgeous, she and Joel are going to be such a wonderful married couple. I have felt the baby move a few times before, very briefly; however, yesterday, he was going crazy! He was bouncing around all day long. It was very exciting, I love being able to feel him move:) Here's a pic of me putting together Summer's cake.

So FINALLY, I actually look pregnant and not just like I'm getting hugely fat!!! I'm so happy:) We went to see the doctor yesterday and got to hear Collin/Taylor's little heartbeat. It was much stronger this time. Lance has the audio posted up on the "He Said" side of this blog if you want to hear our little bean:) We got our ultrasound order so in a couple of weeks we get to see Collin/Taylor. Hopefully then we'll know whether to call the baby either Collin or Taylor. Lance has been making fun of me for my ravenous hunger...I'll be completely and utterly full one minute and STARVING the next (this is extra humorous right now because the song "Hungry Like the Wolf" is playing on my husband's computer). I also just found out that 2 of my cousins Danny and Matthew are getting married this summer. So we have Matthew and Olivia's wedding, Danny and Allison's wedding, Jeff and Christi's wedding, our baby, and finally Bryan (Lance's cousin) and Paige's wedding. What a summer!!! Here's my belly pic from this week, week 17 by the way if you're counting:)

So I have the most awesome friends:) Emily and Chastine are searching the Babies R Us' in the DFW area for anything they can find on clearance in Lil' Dino. Emily already found a fuzzy blanket, border for the wall, and the lamp:) I just thought I'd give a shout out to my amazing chicas!!!

We have been looking at baby stuff since we found out we were pregnant but weren't going to register or get anything until we had the ultrasound in February. Well, I just happened to be poking around on line and discovered that the boy bedding we absolutely fell in love with is now discontinued88| What was left online at babies r us was 85% off so we decided to go down to the store to see if they had anything. Luckily we got the crib set at an amazing deal. We have 90 days to return it so if it happens to be a girl we might return it (though it is in very gender neutral colors so even if it's a girl we might keep it). It was very exciting to make our first purchase for the baby!!!! It's called Lil' Dino by Lambs and Ivy and is sooo adorable:p

We got home around 5pm from my parents house. Of course the first thing I wanted to do was put my glider and ottoman together; however, I was pretty sure my very logical husband would think it was a ridiculous idea...I decided to proclaim my desires anyway. He proceeded to say that because the babies room was not cleaned out yet there was no place for it unless we put it in the middle of the floor in the living room. I made the observation that if we put the Christmas tree away, there would be a perfectly glider sized hole in the corner. He told me once I put the tree up I could put together my chair...I'm not sure if he knew how strong my desire was to sit in my glider. Within an hour and a half, all of the Christmas stuff was put away and I was sitting in my chair:) Yay for cute comfy chairs!!!
