Okay, so 9 weeks left...that's doable right? My feet are swollen to the size of large hams, I have awful heartburn and apparently I snore now and could "put a sasquatch to shame." But for the most part I have had an ideal pregnancy so I can't complain. The nursery is all finished and ready for Taylor. We ordered letters from one of our friends to put on the wall...that will complete the exciting dinosaur mural. I'll post pictures of the nursery once we get that up. Lance did an amazing job on the dinosaurs, they are pretty awesome! My baby shower was a couple of weeks ago and was great. Taylor is going to be one well dressed baby girl:) We got a ton of cute clothes!

My brother's graduate recital was today and I was very sad to have missed it...I hear he did a fantastic job. I am trying to keep myself rested up and not take too many trips so I can make it to his wedding. I'm actually almost finished with their wedding present, which is pretty amazing because normally I would be up til 4am the night before trying to get it done. I guess I shouldn't speak too soon because it's not quite finished yet...

Rusty is acclimating to his life on the floor and out of the nursery. He still thinks he's in trouble though and pouts a whole lot! Hopefully he won't be too upset when we bring home a tiny squalling baby.

Well...I am posting a 31 week picture...I'm not sure it's the best idea to publicize myself this large but here it is!

I haven't had time to sit and write for a while because we have been so busy. First of all, we're almost done with all the furniture moving and cleaning out the nursery, I'll post pics of the nursery once everything is all set up. Abby moved into our New Castle house on Thursday...we still have some roof issues to sort out but now it will be much easier since someone is there all the time to let us know what is going on. My shower is today and I am super excited:) The ladies are over at the church building now decorating but I have to wait 4 more hours to go over! But perhaps the most exciting part of the week was our 3D ultrasound. It was pretty amazing how detailed everything was. We saw her yawning and you could see her little tongue moving. She was being pretty stubborn for the first half...her leg was up over her head in front of her face and she was holding it there with one of her hands. Then she stuck both her legs up over her head right before she crossed both of her legs and stuck them in her mouth and started to chew vigorously. The ultrasound tech just laughed at how flexible she was and said we'd better be prepared for a soccer player or a ballerina. Either one would be fine, but I kind of hope for the ballerina because I don't know anything about soccer:) I'm posting some pics from the ultrasound below, the first is her sticking both her feet in her mouth (I just think it's funny) and the second is one of her little face. She's a little over 2 pounds and about 15 inches long now just to give you an idea of the scale of these pictures. I'm so glad that my student's spring break is next week...I'm going to need a week to recoperate!

We have decided while the house is already in upheaval because of moving everything out of the nursery to do something a little crazy. We are going to switch the office room with the bedroom because we think the bedroom furniture will fit better in the other room. Which means we have to take everything out of the rooms and take some of the furniture apart and do all kinds of crazy stuff. Lance will be moving his computer back upstairs and we will be sharing an office. This might not sound like much of an undertaking...but trust me...it is! It will make life much easier once it is finished I think and we do need to get it done while we have an empty room to help shuffle stuff around, but I am not looking forward to the actual doing of it all. We already have a crib in our entryway downstairs and mom is bringing our dresser on Monday, which will probably have to go in the middle of the living room floor...so for the next few weeks our house is going to be in severe disarray! I'll keep you posted on how it goes:)

Lance took me to Boardman today to teach my cake class because we took the car in for repairs and I wasn't there to sign the rental car paper...so I can't drive it. Anyway, while I was teaching Lance went by Burlington Coat Factory and they had a floor model of the discontinued swing that we wanted and he got it!!! I'm so excited, I was pouting because everything we pick is discontinued, but I guess we get good deals because of it. The swing is so cute and wonderful! It will rock the baby back and forth or side to side. The thing we like most about it is that it plugs into the wall and we don't have to buy batteries every week for it. I am convinced that the swing companies are secretly in league with Duracell because this was the last swing (except for the one that cost like $200) that actually plugged into the wall and they discontinued it! I'm so glad we got one:) Rusty is pretty terrified of it right now...hopefully that will wear off and he will be able to stay in the room with it while it's running.

We had another doctor's appointment today. I had to drink this nasty stuff so they could take blood and do my blood glucose test and wonder of wonders the lady was able to find my vein on the FIRST TRY!!!! That has never happened in my life! They usually have to stick me 5 or 6 times to find a vein...which probably leads to my disdain for needles. Taylor's heartbeat was about 150bpm and my belly is measuring 25cm...which I'm supposed to measure 1 cm per week so I'm right on; however, I feel like I AM HUGE!!!! Especially when I looked at the pictures from this week:( And it doesn't help that people keep asking me if I'm sure I'm not having twins! Ugh! Well, here is a picture of me being super gianourmous this week.
